Founder of Dream Share Foundation Charles Kabena says Malawi’s future is dependent upon educated children.

Kabena made the comment in an interview with YFM saying the organization he founded in 2017 is now supporting 432 children affected with poverty to attain an education.

Through his dream share foundation Kabena and his team are assisting children to realize their dream.

At present, the foundation is supporting the learners from 8 districts including Blantyre and Chiradzulu.

Kabena who was also assisted by other well wishers to go to school says his experience inspired him to step in and assist children with education needs.

65 percent of the learners supported are girls.

In Malawi,at least 42% of girls marry early a development which deters them from completing their studies .

Asides sponsoring education, the foundation also holds mentorship sessions for the children just to encourage them to work hard in school.

Kabena also commended other youths who are complimenting government’s efforts of ensuring that every child goes to school.
