Airtel Malawi Plc says the newly introduced non validity ‘PaNet NoVa’ bundle is here to stay seeing the company`s customers enjoying using data on the country`s widest network.
According Airtel Malawi Plc Acting Marketing Manager Thokozani Sande, the telecommunication company has arrived at the decision following an announcement of reducing its data prices.
“PaNet NoVa’ is a product that is here to stay, it’s a non-validity which will give our customers freedom, so this bundle will not have a factor of time as you know now we have daily, weekly and monthly volume bundles.
“But on this bundle time will not be considered, it will just be based on how you are using it, so a customer can have this bundle and use it for weeks, months even for a year,” said Sande.
She added that effective 22 April this year, Airtel Malawi has revised the prices and volumes for some daily, weekly and monthly data bundles.
“At Airtel Malawi, we strive to offer our customers the best service with the best products for the best value. The second revision of our data prices is evidence of our commitment to meet our customers` needs.
The ‘PaNet NoVa’ is a fantastic new offering, suitable for customers who prefer convenience and flexibility,” Airtel Malawi managing director, Charles Kamoto said in a statement.
