The Ministry of Health has expressed worry over the continued poor disposal of used face masks despite its effort to address the issue.

Speaking to YFM, Deputy Director of Preventive Health Services in the ministry, Mavuto Thomas said it is unfortunate that people are still failing to properly dispose face masks despite civic educating the masses on the same.

Thomas has since urged the citizenry to use cloth masks as one way of addressing the challenge of littering the surroundings.
