As one way of spicing up one of the most loved youthful radio shows in the country dubbed Zathu Pa Wailesi, Girl Effect has secured the services of a charming TV presenter Cynthia Zonde Zulu known as C-ZEE in entertainment circles.
The talented young lady is replacing another fascinating and one of the pioneers of the show Lily Banda who is leaving the show to pursue her creative career.
Lily B who made her name through music, poetry and acting, co-hosted the first season of show with DJ Goxy.
The outgoing presenter told YFM that it was an honour to be part of the auspicious show which aims to advocate equality among girls and boys.
“I am humbled to have been accepted by the listeners and to have contributed to the show,” said Lily B.
In her remarks, the new catch C-Zee has promising nothing but taking Zathu brand to greater heights and reaching out to more young people.
“I’m thrilled and honoured to be working with such beautiful and talented people. I’m looking forward to bring our Zathu brand to more young people,” said C-Zee.
The golden voice of C-Zee will hit the airwaves from January 8 but she will be introduced by the current presenters on Monday 23 December’s episode.
The show which is aired on Zodiak, MBC and YFM among other radio stations comprises the drama series that revolves around six characters of Zathu Band.
