Lilongwe Area 47 based iconic gospel hip pop artist Double Zee real name Patrick Sopo is set to release his fourth album titled Yooh wa Ambuye on September 8, 2018.

Zee told YFM that the launch and the release of the album will take place at Kairos Christian Center in Lilongwe.

“I was motivated by the fact that God is the God of people of all cultural affiliations so I decided to name the album based on the hip pop cultural affiliations which shaped my lifestyle and It will be released and launched on the same date of 8 September at Kairos,” he said.

The Album produced by Lilongwe based producers has 14 tracks.

Double zee further bemoans Malawians to expect inspiration, entertained and God’s love in the upcoming album.

“I never disappoints hence Malawians should expect a lot different in this album comparing to my last albums.”

Double Zee released his first album titteld Mpingo ndi dziko in 2009, second album called Dziko langa in 2014 and his third album ‘Kwathu’ was released in 2016.

Currently, Zee has released several singles this year that are playing on Yoneco fm and other media houses including Matamando of which he featured E-ppizy, falling in love and Lonjezo.

Matamando is a praise and worship song that talks about the greatness of God while fall in love talks about how the love he has for God is making him do things that he has never thought could be accomplished.

“I release music that illuminate the relationship, appreciation and courage I have in God and Christ Jesus,” he said.

Zee also cited Christopher Chiunguzeni of KRC studios in area 15, Lilongwe as the best music video producer of his songs.

Double Zee, 32, will soon release music videos for ‘Fall in Love’ and ‘Lonjezo’ songs.
