Communities will be sensitized on how to demand accountability from candidates who will sign social contracts at national-wide public debates for the May 21, 2019 polls.
The national-wide public debates have been organized by the National Initiative for Civic Education (NICE) Public Trust.
NICE Public Trust Programme Manager for Gray Kalindekafe told YFM in an interview that the trust will ensure that the communities facilitate the process of tracking the pledges made by the candidates.
NICE Trust is set to hold the national wide public debates in all 193 constituencies and 462 wards.
Aspiring Members of Parliament (MPs) and Councillors will take part in the debates.
