Government has admitted that implementation of laws that addresses gender gaps is still a challenge in the country.
Speaking to YFM, Chief of Public Reform in the Office of President and Cabinet (OPC), Dr. Seodi White said women continue to be left behind in development engagements.
Dr. White said women in both public and private sectors are deprived of opportunities to lead in top positions.
She highlighted that this challenge is contributing to under development of the country.
