The High Court in Zomba is expected to deliver its judgment on Friday in a case in which Misozi Chanthunya is suspected to have murdered his girlfriend Linda Gasa in August, 2010.

High Court Judge Ruth Chinangwa, is expected to deliver her judgement after months of hearing the case in court.

Late Gasa who was of Zimbabwean origin, went missing on August 6, 2010 only to be found dead and buried in Chanthunya’s Lodge in Mangochi.
