Speaker of the National Assembly Catherine Gotani Hara has announced that President Lazarus Chakwera will appear before Parliament on Wednesday October 21 to answer questions.

Hara said nine questions have been submitted by Members of Parliament (MPs).

She said the questions will be edited to make them clearer and will thereafter be displayed at the main entrance of the chamber.

This will be the second appearance of President Chakwera in Parliament to answer questions from lawmakers.

He first appeared on September 10 this year.
