Civil Service United has managed to play 12 games since the start of the first round of TNM super league without registering any loss.

Over the weekend the team managed to collect 4 points from its two away assignments in Blantyre.

On Sunday, the Civil Servants convincingly hammered Ntopwa FC 4-0 at Mpira Stadium in Chiwembe.

Their triumph followed a 1 all draw result against Tigers FC the previous day at the same venue.

Civil is now sitting at the summit of the log table with 24 points after dislodging Silver Strikers who are now trailing with 22 points.

But the bankers have 2 games in hand.

The Civil Servants have won 6 games and drawn 6.

Speaking after their game against Ntopwa FC, coach Franco Ndawa, expressed hope that his boys will maintain the good fight.

However he expressed disappointment with a 1-1 draw against Tigers FC on Saturday saying they could have carried the day.
