Ten suspects in the arson attack on UTM party Area 24 office have pleaded not guilty.
The suspects are answering six counts of murder, attempted murder, arson and conspiracy to commit a felony.
The particulars of the charges are that the accused allegedly torched down UTM office in 2020 where three members of the same family – both parents and a child died to the inferno.
Presiding judge Annabel Mtalimanja has also ordered the arrest of three other suspects who are at large.
The court has given direction to the state to file and serve disclosures in the next 14 days.
Trial of the case will proceed on July 19, 2021.
