An appeal has gone out to the public to provide effective ideas that can help to address economic challenges that the country is facing.
This comes as government through the Ministry of Finance is currently conducting pre-budgetary consultations with different stakeholders for 2022/2023 national budget.
Economic analysts, Lucky Mfukwe, has called upon partners taking part in the consultations to restrain from politics but rather provide solutions for revamping the struggling economy.
“As the ministry of finance is doing this consultations there is need for authorities to subsidize some essential services such as electricity, water and fuel which is continuing causing people to struggle in their everyday life,” said Mfukwe.
